Browse the Internet for various portfolio platforms and decide which option will work best for your needs.

In the end, I chose Behance because it is the most popular one. I want views, and I want something connected to my Adobe account. So Behance made sense.

The attention-grabbing page shows my photography skills and gives a feel of how I am. I chose the project I am the most satisfied with to represent me and my design style. The contemporary summer & music-themed magazine that I made for my school project.

1.3 Workplace

This lesson task will be about scouting the web in search of a company or agency you want to work with. This will be a company that does the kind of work you want to do. It doesn’t matter where they are in the world but look for at least one that is local to the country you live in. Search the web with your specific specialization in mind (for example, use the phrase ‘brand identity design Oslo’ or ‘motion design Norway’).

List the top three agencies you think will be a good match with your interests and answer the following questions about them:

  • Where is the agency located?
  • Why are you drawn to this agency specifically?
  • Browse the work they showcase on their website, take a screenshot, or download one of your favorite pieces and feature it with this post on your blog.

I am interested in printed design. So far it is my printed designs that I have understood the most and it is also the projects I have performed and improved the best on.

I searched for graphic design jobs and found some websites with some companies/agencies.

  • Asker Print AS fits me too, it shows the previous clients they have. More traditional. Safe.
  • NXT.no Has a Graphic design branch that fits me. Looks modern. Minimalist.
  • Cure.no Has a Graphic design branch
  • Minoko.no Has a Graphic Design Branch

All in all it is Asker Print AS and NXT that looks the most professional and stable.
