2.2: Collaboration
You are given a whisk as an object. Now apply each one of the SCAMPER techniques to it to develop a new product. Give a brief explanation of what the new product is and how it can be marketed.
PER stands for, Putting it to some other use, Eliminating something, Reversing, or rearranging. My work partner and I have gotten the task of developing a new object out of a whisp. I did the PER part. My work partner Veronika https://veronikafossum.wordpress.com/2021/11/06/task-2-2-collaboration/ did the SCAM part.
Substitute:
Substitute the handle with a wooden version to make the product more environmentally friendly.
Combine:
As a kitchen tool, you can make your drawers less cluttered by combining your two favorite tools together. Have a whisk in one end and a different one on the other. For example a serving spoon or spatula.
Adapt:
Make the size of the whisk adjustable so it can fit into any sized bowl or pot.
Modify:
Make the whisk retractable, so that it’s easily portable and takes up less space/ protected from getting stuck next to other kitchen tools.

Putting it to some other use: Paintspreader, Hairbrush, Shorthair cat brush, Massage tool (for example Lymph massage)
Eliminating something: The handle (it reduces production cost, it can now be used as a comb with its sharper metal edges)
Reversing or Rearranging: Both ends have the whisk, The whisk part is flipped (so that you whisk with the narrow part instead of the broad)
Our new product is a whisp-stirring spoon hybrid geared towards those who spend a lot of time cooking at home. Therefore, my target is housewives in their 50´s (since they are more common than househusbands). We decided to go with C, combining something and wound up with a stirring spoon as a tool that could go with a whisp. Perfect for those who spend lots of time cooking, they will have two tools in one. The marketing can be through these media: Facebook, the TV channel VOX, and maybe on the popular news website TV2.no (https://www.tv2.no/) since they allow advertisement. Some of the advertisement on the news website is about washing machines so a new kitchen tool would fit in.
2.3: History of Graphic Design
https://noroff.bravais.com/document/10232/preview
In the lesson, we looked at some articles that focus on key events in the past century that have impacted modern graphic design. Choose five of these key events and do more research on each. In your own words, using the extra knowledge you have gained in your research, write a paragraph about each, explaining what impact it had on graphic design. Include visual examples if you have.
